SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

Shipping within Iceland

Orders within Reykjavik and rural Iceland will be shipped within 3-5 days using the Icelandic Postal Service (Pósturinn). Shipments are delivered to personal addresses or the nearest local post office. For preferred shipping drop-off options, reach out to us at +354 7775602.
 

International Shipping

Express International orders are shipped by our partners TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL within 6-8 days or by Icelandic Post within 3-6 weeks from order confirmation. A tracking number is provided for each shipment. Expect delivery within 3-8 days for fast shipping or 3-6 weeks for Icelandic Post shipments, starting from shipping confirmation. Note that this does not apply to pre-orders.
 

Shipping Terms

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Check with your country’s customs office for these additional costs before purchase.
 

Shipping Charges

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they've been delivered to the correct shipping address. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Return Policy

You may return or exchange a product within two weeks (14 days) of order receipt. The product must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and clothing tag attached.
 

Gift Cards

Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash. If you return a product purchased with a Gracelandic gift card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your Gracelandic gift card.
 

Discounted Products

Discounted products (including Pre-Order and Sale items) are not refunded but can be exchanged for a different item or a voucher.
 

Wrong Product, Defective, or Damaged

If we shipped the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund you, provided the returned item(s) are in their original packaging. Inspect all packages upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 14 days.
 

Wrong Item, Wrong Size, or Change of Mind

We do not refund but will issue credit of a similar amount for purchasing another product from Gracelandic, provided the returned item(s) are in their original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.
 

For all returns, please contact us at info@gracelandic.com. Accessories including bags, scrunchies, berets/bucket hats, belts, and scarves are final sale and cannot be returned. If you return an accessory item, we cannot process a refund.
 

Payment Method

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. We offer payments in six installments to make our products inclusive for all.

REFUND & RETURNS

We do not issue refunds once the payment goes through for accounting reasons. Instead, we offer credit for a similar price of purchased goods that can be used at any time in our store without an expiration date.
